Big O Tires

Adam, the Service Manager, truly cared about reporting problems with my car by showing me pictures and checking everything! He kept me posted throughout the day! Todd, the General Manager, was very kind! John and Genevieve provided me with rides home and back which was very helpful! I just loved everyone and won’t take my business elsewhere!

I went to this store yesterday . There were 2 service writers at the desk . Both on the phone. I stood in line for 12 minutes and was finally acknowledged. I asked the clerk if he could do an oil change while I wait. He said it will take about an hour but will have me out in an hour and a half. I was there over 2 hours. I showed him my coupon and he did not look at it and said everyone gets the special on their 1st visit. (why did he think this was my first visit??) I held the coupon up and pointed to the $49.95 price and he said don't worry. He called me up to the desk and said I need spark plugs because my car just turned 100K miles. I said I had them done at the TOY store 6 months ago and he said I'm wrong because it's not on the CarFax. He said everything is on CarFax. I said only if it is reported by a shop. He then proceeded to argue about other things I had done already. I said I only have time for the oil change today. I said I'll pay now and he said sit down and he will call me when the car is done. He called me to the desk about 20 minutes later. He said he cannot honor my $49.95 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE coupon be cause " it says on the coupon some special oils do not ap

I had a flat tire today and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed before the end of the day. Even though they were close to closing, Adam at the front desk and Nick in the shop took the time to help me right away. They quickly found the problem, got it fixed, and had me safely back on the road in no time. They genuinely saved my day. The customer service, professionalism, and kindness they showed were outstanding. It’s rare to find people willing to go the extra mile at the end of a long workday. Thank you, Adam and Nick, for taking such great care of your customers. I highly recommend this location!

I had gone to the hardware store to pick up some equipment. And when I got out of the store I had a flat tire. Fortunately I went in and obeyed my instincts and bought some Fix-A-Flat and used the Fix-A-Flat to put air in my tire. As I drove my tire the Fix-A-Flat expanded and got me to Big O Tires. I was in such distress when I was at Big O Tires that I didn't know what to do. I was not ready to buy my next set of tires since I already bought my first set there. Hence the guy took a look at the car, and I don't think he believed me that there was a nail in my tire because the tire looked semi-full. But sure enough the guy pulled the tire off and found a one and a half inch nail in the tire tread. I asked him if he could plug it up and he said yes. I was so relieved that he found a nail in it, and I was not lying or that I had made something up. But I think the guy swore under his breath and said, "I will always trust you Mr. Schellenberg. I believe in your story. I hell ya, you were telling me the truth!" Unfortunately and if I had driven the car without the Fix-A-Flat to Big o tires, I would have ridden on the bead of my tire - ruining the tire. It would have cost me a new tire.

Who knew a tire shop could be the highlight of your day? Big O Tires on McDowell Road is! On our first visit, Jordan took care of us—spent about a thousand bucks, but honestly, it felt like money well spent because Jordan was so polite, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Then we met Todd, the manager who moved here from Abilene, Texas, and WOW. This guy is AWESOME. Not only did he help us save money on tires (always appreciated!), but he went above and beyond with the rest of our tire situation. You can tell he cares about his customers and his team. What really stands out is how Todd has transformed this place into a neighborhood shop rather than just another corporate tire center. The whole team is fantastic—great folks who clearly take pride in what they do. My only complaint? Todd keeps talking about Texas BBQ, and I haven't gotten to taste any yet! 😄 If you need tire work done, skip the other places and come here. You won't regret it!
